Beck Hall
Newly renovated Beck Hall will re-open in Fall 2010 for first-time freshmen. The 1st floor of Beck houses our Health and Wellness Services office. The second and third floors will house first-time freshmen in a co-ed by wing building style. Learn More
Berks Hall
Berks Hall is the home for 211 residents. It is a three floor co-ed residence hall. Each floor is divided into two wings, male and female. Berks hall is a great place to live because it is such a close-knit, well-rounded community. The residents of Berks, a modified coed building, hold a wide variety of interests and are active in many different organizations. Plus, it offers the opportunity to be part of an even larger community - the Tri-County Area. Bonner Hall
Bonner Hall is the home for 293 residents. It is a four floor co-ed residence hall. Each floor is divided into two wings, male and female. Bonner Hall is located on the west side of the DMZ between Johnson Hall and University Place. Bonner is fortunate to have the luxury of a beautiful courtyard in the center of the building that is use often by the residents and Community Assistants for programming and just hanging out. Bonner also has the honor of being the home of the Housing and Residential Services Leadership Conference Room used by a variety of campus organizations. Deatrick Hall
Deatrick Hall is the home for 334 residents. It is a six floor co-ed residence hall., Deatrick Hall is considered a modified coed hall. This means that the lower three floors are male and the top three floors are female. Many athletes tend to live in Deatrick due to the fact that Deatrick is open during breaks (when sports teams may have practices or games). Learn More
Dixon Hall
Our latest addition, Dixon Hall, is a premier, state-of-the-art 856-bed residence hall featuring the latest services and amenities. With 245 junior suites comprised of two single or double occupancy bedrooms-as well as a central courtyard and first-floor retail space-Dixon Hall takes student comfort and privacy to a new level. Honors Building
The Honors Building is the home for 46 residents and is a complex of 12 apartments that contain 2 double occupancy bedrooms.
The Housing and Residential Services Office works in conjunction with the Honors Office to provide students with this apartment-style living option. Students in the Honor's Program are being given the opportunity to take part in the rewards and new experiences that only living off campus can offer. Students living in the Honor's Building will enjoy a furnished apartment, with a kitchen, bathroom, and common living room. In addition, each student will have an Ethernet internet hook-up, telephone line, and cable in their bedrooms. Need to do laundry? A private laundry facility located in the building is provided for residents of this building only. Although the Honor's Building is within walking distance of campus, the Kutztown University's shuttle system will be making frequent stops right out front. Learn More
Johnson Hall
Johnson Hall is the home for 327 residents. It is a four floor co-ed residence hall. Johnson Hall is coed by floor. Johnson Hall is located on the West side of the DMZ between Bonner Hall, Lehigh Hall and Berks Hall. The community in Johnson Hall is one where there is high resident interaction. The Community Assistants are ready to make your stay in Johnson Hall the best time of your life by offering a wide variety of programs to meet the most diverse needs. Lehigh Hall
Lehigh Hall is the home for 222 residents. It is a three floor
co-ed residence hall. Each floor is divided into two wings, male
and female. Lehigh Hall is also home for the R.E.A.C.H Community,
which stands for Residents Excelling in Academics, Community and
Health. Lehigh Hall is one of three buildings known as
Tri-County. The front doors of these three buildings (Berks,
Schuylkill and Lehigh) face toward each other and have a common
courtyard area. On warm days, you will find the residents playing
catch, studying in the fresh air or just relaxing with friends in
their area.

Old Main
Old Main is the home for 179 female residents. Old Main is one of the oldest buildings on KU's campus. Because of its age, Old Main does not look like the other traditional residence halls that are comprised of mostly tile and cinder block. It was renovated in 1997, and has kept its traditional old-home style with wood floors and plaster walls, while adding the modern luxury of air-conditioning. It is centrally located between the academic and residence sides of campus; running parallel with Main Street, all one has is a short walk to get to their classes. Rothermel Hall
Rothermel Hall is the home for 210 residents. It is a three floor co-ed residence hall. Each floor is divided into two wings, male and female. Each wing is looked after by a Community Assistant (CA). Rothermel Hall has a 24hr computer lab located off of the lobby, a laundry room, music room, and a recreational room equipped with two pool tables, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a big screen TV . Schuylkill Hall
Schuylkill Hall is the home for 209 residents. Schuylkill Hall is the only traditional residence hall that is co-ed by door on each wing. Each wing is looked after by a Community Assistant (CA). Schuylkill has a laundry room, music room, and a recreational room equipped with two pool tables, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, a big screen TV. The recreational room also has a kitchen. University Place
University Place is the home for 393 residents. It is a three floor co-ed suite style residence hall. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room area in each suite. All bedrooms are furnished with beds, desks and chairs. The living room area contains one cushioned love seat and two chairs. University Place has a courtyard centrally located where you can find students playing Frisbee, reading a book, or just hanging out and talking with friends.
